I am Rosie Tadman (DipCNM, BANT and CNHC Reg), a Nutritional Therapist who studied at the prestigious College of Natural Medicine in London. I now have a home clinic in Chorlton, Manchester and see clients from all over the UK (and occasionally further afield) on Zoom and In Person.
I use Science and Traditional Wisdom to support women in understanding their own unique biology and how to support them to optimise their health. I look at root causes rather than masking symptoms.
I love working with women so much as we are biologically very different to Men and understanding our uniqueness can really help optimise our health. Unfortunately, most clinical research is done on Men as women are ‘too difficult’ to standardise due to hormones. Yes, we are unique and complex, but our complexity can also be magnificent when we acknowledge and understand it. I want to step away from women being treated as ‘small men’ and start to embrace our own unique rhythms and biological differences.
I love working with lots of different types of women at different phases of life, from women in their 20s wanting support with their gut health/ menstrual cycle right through to menopausal women who would like nutritional support with this season of life.
